VEGETARIAN RECIPES
1. Turmeric Jeera Aloo
Uses: Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder
A classic Indian potato fry with warm turmeric and aromatic coriander.
How to Make:
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, and diced potatoes. Sprinkle turmeric and coriander powder. Cook until golden and crispy. Finish with fresh coriander.


2. Kashmiri Paneer Tikka (Mild & Colorful)
Uses: Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Soft paneer marinated in yogurt, Kashmiri chilli, and spices for beautiful color and mild heat.
How to Make:
Mix yogurt, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric, salt, and garlic paste. Coat paneer cubes and rest for 20 minutes. Grill or air-fry until slightly charred. Serve with mint chutney.
